7. Refund Policy & Right to Refuse Service

If you purchase a course, membership, or digital product, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the customer has not accessed or consumed a significant portion of the digital product or service. After this period, all sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to soporte@heus.pro and will be processed at our discretion.

  • In cases where a customer disputes a refund based on claims of non-access, Heus.pro may request proof of access logs or engagement metrics to verify usage. If it is determined that the customer has accessed a significant portion of the product, the refund request may be denied.

  • Chargeback fraud will be contested, and The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts of customers engaging in fraudulent chargebacks.

  • Heus.pro reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at its sole discretion.

  • If a customer engages in unethical, dangerous, violent, aggressive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, The Company may terminate their access and issue a refund at its discretion.

 

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that qualify for small claims court or cases involving intellectual property rights, which may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong and shall not be subject to class-action lawsuits.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The arbitration shall take place in Hong Kong, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs associated with arbitration, except where the arbitrator determines that costs should be reallocated in the interests of justice or as required by the applicable arbitration rules.

By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive their right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Website. If required by law, users may need to accept the new Terms before continuing to use the service.
